Lucky 7 Sex Positions for a Small Penis

Lucky 7 Sex Positions for a Small Penis

If you’re worried about your penis size and satisfying your partner, the good news is there’s something you can do about it! From penis enlargement exercises to devices like the Bathmate or Phallosan, to manual exercises, like jelqing and stretching, as thousands of men here will tell you, you CAN enlarge your penis.
However, the process is not instantaneous. While you’re working on enlargement, here are our top 7 sex positions for men with a small penis, to help ensure you get the most of every inch you have.
*NOTE: All women are different. To make matters more confusing, sometimes something that works for us one time may not work for us a second time. What can I say – we’re frustrating enigmas, especially in the bedroom. :-) Communication is key. Really listen to your partner, both to her verbal and non-verbal cues, and encourage her to share what she’s enjoying or not particularly enjoying.

  1. The Sphinx - Have your partner lie on her stomach, with one leg bent out to the side and the other straight . Enter her from behind, being sure to keep most of your weight on your arms. However, the pressure on her pelvis gives a deeper sensation.
  1. Doggy-Style – This is a great classic position, if you’re not quite where you want to be with penis length yet. Have your partner lower herself onto her forearms, which will shorten the vaginal canal and make it feel like your penetrating deeper.
  1. reverse cowgirl
    Reverse Cowgirl
Reverse Cowgirl - Lie on your back, while your partner straddles you, facing toward your feet. She can lean forward or backward to change the angle of penetration, as she likes. You can even try placing a pillow under your butt, to raise your pelvis.
  1. The Sexy Spoon - As the name implies, spoon your partner and enter her from behind. Both of you bend your knees curling almost into the fetal position. This shortens the vaginal canal. You can try a variation of this position, with your legs on the outside of hers, giving an even tighter feel.
  1. Missionary Variation - As with the classic missionary position, the man is on top. However, with this variation, perfect no matter what size you are, instead of you positioning yourself between your partner’s legs, position your legs so they’re outside of your partner’s. This not only gives a tighter and fuller feel, but can increase clitoral stimulation.
  1. splitting bamboo
    Splitting Bamboo
Splitting Bamboo - Have your partner lie on her back. While on your knees, straddle one of her legs and raise the other so her leg is on your shoulder. The higher you hold her leg, the deeper the penetration will feel.
  1. The Butterfly - Remember, the G-spot is only, at most, 3 inches inside the vaginal canal. For this reason, angle of penetration is super-important. With the Butterfly, have your partner lay on her back , with her butt off the edge of the bed. Standing between her legs, lift her hips to enter her. Have your partner rest her legs on your shoulders. This gives a great angle for G-spot stimulation.

Micropenis Enlarged with New Surgical Technique

Micropenis Enlarged with New Surgical Technique

A urologist in the UK will report this week on partial success with a procedure to create an average-sized penis for nine dramatically undersized men.

The condition is known as micropenis and is thought to affect 0.6 percent of men. Instead of achieving the average length of about 5 inches (12.5 centimeters), a micropenis is around 2 inches (7 centimeters) or less, scientists say.

The corrective surgery allows some men born with an undersized penis to urinate normally and, according to the David Ralph, a urologist at the University College London who performed it, to enjoy sex more.

"This operation can change the life of young men, improving their self-esteem and quality of life and allowing many of them to have sexual intercourse, sometimes for the first time in their life," Ralph said in a statement today. "However, patients should be aware of the high risk of complications from this procedure."

Ralph will present the results Wednesday at a meeting of the European Society for Sexual Medicine in London.

A micropenis can be caused by inadequate testosterone in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of fetal growth, researchers say, or it could result when a fetus begins as a male but is insensitive to the male hormone testosterone during growth.

To perform the penile enlargement, called phalloplasty, Ralph cut a flap of skin from the patient's forearm and shaped it into a penis. The original penis is incorporated into the surface of the transplanted skin "to maintain erogenous sensation."

A urethra is added for urination, and an inflatable penile prosthesis allows for an erection.

According to a 2002 article in the Growth, Genetics & Hormonesjournal, "Phallic construction is one of the most challenging procedures in reconstructive surgery" because "the penis is anatomically complex, being involved with both voiding and sexual activity."

A hospital in Belgium performed a similar operation on one patient and reported success in 2001.

In the new set of operations, three of the nine patients were hermaphrodites, having both male and female sex organs. All nine are "satisfied with the cosmetic appearance of their penis," Ralph will report. Four can now urinate standing up and four are able to have regular sexual intercourse.

However, in several of the cases, multiple complications arose, such as an infection or position shifts that require further surgery.

Penis Myths Debunked

Penis Myths Debunked

When it comes to penises, length matters more to men than to women, according to a new study that reviews more than 60 years of research and debunks numerous sex myths.

About 90 percent of women actually prefer a wide penis to a long one, according to two studies included in the review. Eighty-five percent of women reported being satisfied with their partner's penis size, compared to only 55 percent for men.

The review, conducted by Drs. Kevan Wylie and Ian Eardley of the Porterback Clinic and Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield and St. James’ Hospital in Leeds, United Kingdom, respectively, combines results from more than 50 international research projects into penis size and small penis syndrome (SPS) conducted since 1942.

“The issue of attractiveness to women is complex, but most data suggest that penile size is much lower down the list of priorities for women than such issues as a man’s personality and external grooming,” the researchers write.

Drawing upon the results of 12 relevant studies, the review, detailed in the British Journal of Urology (BJU) International, finds that the average erect penis is about 5.5 to 6.2 inches long and about 4.7 to 5.1 inches in circumference.

Penis myths

The findings also deflate a few other myths about male genitalia. The notion that penis size varies according to race, for example, is false.

Another oft-repeated myth is that older men tend to have smaller penises, but Wylie and Eardley found no differences when they combined the results of all the studies together.

One surprising finding was that small penis syndrome (SPS), also known as the “locker room syndrome,” is much more common in men with normal sized penises than those who have so-called micropensises (penises with a flaccid length of less than 2.7 inches). An internet survey of more than 52,000 heterosexual men found that 12 percent thought their penises were too small, even though micropenis is estimated to affect only about 0.6 percent of men.

One study suggests SPS often begin at an early age. Sixty-three percent of men with the disorder said their anxieties started with childhood comparisons, often to an elder sibling or their fathers, while 37 percent blamed erotic images viewed during their teenage years.

Be wary

The review also supports recent studies that find penis-enlarging vacuum devices, penis extenders and traction devices rarely live up to their promises, but can, in some cases, provide a “psychological uplifting effect.”

The authors take a wait-and-see approach to penis-enlargment surgery, which can include everything from partially separating ligaments in the penis so it hangs further from the body to injecting fat into the penis to increase its girth. One of the most extreme procedures involves completely splaying the penis and inserting a piece of cartilage into it before suturing it up again.

“While information is starting to emerge on the success of some surgical techniques, this is not backed up by data on patients’ satisfaction with such procedures,” Wylie said.

The doctors point out some ancient tried and true methods for penis enlargement, but these aren’t any more comfortable. Indian Sadhus men, for example, use weights to increase their penis length, while the Topamina of Brazil encourage poisonous snakes to bite their penises to get a size boost that lasts six months.

The researchers say their review is intended to “provide clinicians with an overarching summary of the many research projects that have been carried out into penile size and small penis syndrome” so that they can better treat the disorder.

When faced with a patient with SDS, “the initial approach should be a thorough urological, psychosexual, psychological and psychiatric assessment, possibly with more than one clinician involved,” they write.

When a Woman Smells Best

When a Woman Smells Best

The scent of a woman is more attractive at certain times of the month, suggests a new study that had men sniffing women's armpit odor.
"We were interested whether armpit odor changes across menstrual cycle," said study author Jan Havlieek of the Department of Anthropology at Charles University, Prague. "To test this, we asked a group of women to wear cotton pads in their armpits for 24 hours."
The women didn't wear perfumes, use deodorants, eat spicy or smelly foods, smoke, drink alcohol or use hormonal contraceptives such as the pill. Body odor was collected during three phases: menstrual (at the beginning); follicular (between the first day of menstruation and the onset of ovulation); and luteal (the fertile stage).
"The fresh pads were subsequently rated for their attractiveness and intensity by a group of 42 men," Havlieek told LiveScience.
The most attractive smells, men said, were from the time between the first day of menstruation and ovulation.

The cycle

The typically 28-day menstrual cycle involves the physiological changes that occur in a woman to prepare for a possibility of pregnancy. It is controlled by the reproductive hormone system.
A cycle is divided into four parts and starts on the first day of menstruation, which is the shedding of tissue and blood from the womb.  In the follicular phase, a dominant ovarian follicle—which is a sack that contains the ova, or egg—grows, becoming ready to ovulate. The mature egg is then released in the phase known as ovulation around day 12. The cycle ends with the fertile phase.
Although many men would tell you they're always in the mood, Havlieek and colleagues discovered that men find odors during the follicular phase the most attractive and least intense. On the other hand, the highest intensity smells, corresponding to the lowest attractiveness for men, were found during the time of menstrual bleeding.
"Traditionally it's believed that ovulation in human female is concealed and there are no changes in attractiveness across the cycle," Havlieek said.
The study is detailed in the January issue of the journal Ethology.

Further sniffing

Two other studies by different research teams came to similar conclusions. But those investigations used T-shirts for odor sampling, "making it difficult to pinpoint the source of the smell," said Havlieek, whose team restricted sampling to armpits only.
Finally, the attractiveness of women's faces also changes during the month.
Havlieek's team found that facial images of women in the follicular phase—when the dominant ovarian follicle is getting ready to ovulate—are considered more attractive as compared to images taken in the luteal or fertile phase of the cycle.
The researchers hope to find out which chemical compounds are responsible for the odor changes across a woman's menstrual cycle.

Long Ring Fingers Are Attached to Good-Looking Guys

Long Ring Fingers Are Attached to Good-Looking Guys

If you want to know how attractive a guy is, look down … at his hands, that is. The ratio between the length of his right index and ring fingers is linked to facial attractiveness, a new study finds.
The ratio, called the 2D:4D because it compares the length of the second digit with the fourth digit, makes sense since that ratio is driven by the sex hormone testosterone, the researchers say
"What we found was that 2D:4D ratio can predict face attractiveness. The more masculine the 2D:4D is, the more attractive is the face," said study researcher Camille Ferdenzi at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. "The amount of sex hormones you are exposed to before birth contributes to how your face develops and how attractive it becomes." (Past research has shown that gals love caveman-like masculine faces.)
Oddly enough, this is because of the amount of testosterone that a fetus is exposed to in the end of the first trimester, when the testes start to develop. The more testosterone, the higher this 2D:4D ratio is, and also, the higher-quality sperm the male produces. This is different from other sexual and masculine traits, such as voice frequency and body odor, which are regulated by levels of adult testosterone.
"There are lots of things that are regulated by testosterone during puberty and in adults," John Manning, a researcher from Swansea University in Wales who wasn't involved in the study, told LiveScience. "The point of this paper is to see if the early fetal spike affects things like attractiveness."

Diggin' digits

The more testosterone, the longer a fetus' right ring finger grows (yes, just this one finger). The index finger is more sensitive to fetal estrogen levels. If these two fingers are the same length (measured from the bottom crease), the 2D:4D ratio is 1; if the ring finger is longer, the ratio is lower than 1. So the longer the ring finger is than the index, the more fetal testosterone you'd expect — and, eventually, a hotter guy facially.
While the experiments required to definitively prove this correlation (sampling in utero testosterone during pregnancy, or treating some fetuses with testosterone and measuring finger length) would be unethical, many researchers believe in the connection. Tests in rats show that increased testosterone causes higher 2D:4D ratios, and some human hormonal diseases show differences in this ratio.
To see how this is related to attractiveness, Ferdenzi had 49 female college students judge body-odor-soaked pads, voice clips and face-only pictures of 49 male college students. They then compared these results with precise measurements of the guys' 2D:4D ratios and saw a connection between facial attractiveness and higher 2D:4D ratios.
"The study's main conclusion is sound, the relationship between digit ratio and perception of attractiveness fits in with what we already know," said Manning, who in his own research last year found a connection between the 2D:4D ratio and the talent for playing rugby football. "I think it's an excellent paper."

Developmental or adult?

After development, testosterone drops to low levels until puberty hits and is then sustained through adulthood. During adulthood, testosterone determines different characteristics (like voice and odor) than the ones it influences during development. Adult testosterone levels even change over the course of a day, in different situations.
"These hormones before birth are not the cause of everything," Ferdenzi told LiveScience. "There are other factors about people that make people attractive — the odor, the voice, the behavior, things that aren't necessarily predetermined."
Ferdenzi is currently determining if this works with women, too — if more feminine 2D:4D ratios (or those linked with higher estrogen during development) correlate to a woman's attractiveness. She also wants to determine if manly voice and smell characteristics are actually correlated with higher adult testosterone levels.
The paper was published April 19 in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biology Letters.

5 Myths About the Male Body

5 Myths About the Male Body

Macho men
Credit: null

From rumors about feet size to sex life, there's a lot of cultural misinformation circulating about men and their physiques. And men themselves offer precious little clarification what with their tendencies toward joshing around and playing things close to the chest. So for the record, here are five classic assumptions about men's bodies that are totally false. -- Robin Nixon

Men think about sex every 7 seconds
Credit: null
"That is as many times as we breathe everyday," Caroll said. "Nobody has that type of mental stamina."
In one of the nation's most comprehensive surveys about sexual habits in the United states, completed by Edward Laumann and colleagues in 1994, 43 percent of men reported thinking about sex not even once a day, but rather somewhere between a couple times a week to a couple times a month.

Single guys have better sex lives than married guys

Conventional wisdom says married men get nothing but slumber in their bedrooms, while single studs are "closing the deal." But it is actually those with the vows that are getting it on.
A 2006 study by the National Opinion Research Center found that husbands get lucky between 28 percent to more than 400 percent more often than bachelors, depending on their age. And it is not a ho-hum roll in the matrimonial bed; not only are married women more likely to be orgasmic, married men also give and get more oral sex.
Kind of gives a new twist to the phrase, "I do."

Semen is loaded with calories

                                                                                             Credit: stockxpert

Seminal fluid is made up of water and nutrients such as vitamin C, calcium and magnesium. It also contains the sugar fructose but only 5 to 7 calories worth per, ah, serving, according to Dr. Rachel Vreeman, also of Indiana University and Carroll's co-author.
"It is unlikely to create a diet issue, but this should not be used in an argument for whatever," Vreeman said.

If you shave your beard or head, the hair comes back faster, thicker, and coarser

"If that were true, we'd have a cure for male pattern baldness," said Dr. Aaron Carroll of Indiana University and co-author of "Don't Swallow your Gum: Myths, Half-truths and Outright Lies About Your Body and Health" (St. Martin's Griffin. 2009)
Stubble may look darker and coarser because it has not yet been exposed to sun and other wearing elements. Once it grows in, it looks identical to the hair that was shaved away, Caroll said.

Men with big feet also have big ...
Credit: stockxpert

It is true that the development of penises and toes (as well as clitorises and fingers) are influenced by the same gene. But the length of one does not predict the length of the other.
In a study of more than 3,000 men, no correlation was found between the self-reported size of feet and that of the crown jewels. Skeptical of a man's ability to size himself up, some researchers have, well, taken things into their own hands.
For example, a 2002 study, headed by Jyoti Shah at St. Mary's Hospital in London, compared foot size to carefully measured privates (all 104 penises were stretched to their longest length for consistency.) No correlation was found.

One Male Extender Found to Actually Work

One Male Extender Found to Actually Work

One noninvasive technique to lengthen penises— penile traction devices — shows promise, according to a new review of research. But researchers say most men who seek longer penises don't really know the long and short of their situation.
"Penile size is a matter of great interest among men who are affected by 'short penis syndrome' or just believe themselves to have a small penis, even though the dimensions of the organ fall within the normal range," write urologists Marco Oderda and Paolo Gontero in the current issue of the British Journal of Urology International.
Oderda and Gontero, both from the University of Turin, Molinette Hospital, in Italy, concluded that for those men who have a normal-size penis yet persist in requesting treatment, penile extenders may be the way to go. Cognitive behavioral therapy may also be useful for building confidence in these men with psychological issues causing the mismatch between reality and what's in their head, they write. Finger Length Linked to Penis Size

Finger Length Linked to Penis Size

Men: Hold up your right hand. Are your index and ring fingers mismatched? Congratulations, you're more likely than men with matching digits to have a long penis.
A smaller ratio between the second and fourth fingers is linked to a longer stretched penis size, researchers report today (July 4) in the Asian Journal of Andrology. The findings go beyond providing a new finger ratio-based pick-up line for men in bars, however; researchers say that a quick look at a man's fingers could reveal his exposure to male hormones in the womb, providing a hint about his risk for hormone-driven diseases like prostate cancer.

he idea that men's finger ratio and hormone exposure are linked is not a new one. Studies have found that the ratio between the second and fourth finger is related to sperm count, likelihood of heart attack, hand preference, facial masculinity and more. One small 2002 study published in the journal Urology found a correlation between the length of the index finger and genital size in healthy men under 40, suggesting that testosterone exposure in the womb affects the growth of both.

Stretched penis length

In the new study, researchers at Gachon University Gil Hospital in South Korea recruited 144 volunteers 20 years of age and older who were going to undergo urological surgery. While the men were under anesthesia, the researchers measured their finger lengths and both their flaccid and stretched penis lengths. Stretched penis length is statistically correlated to the size of the penis when fully erect. [5 Myths About the Male Body]
The average flaccid penis length, the researchers found, was 3.0 inches (7.7 centimeters), with a range of 1.6 to 4.7 in. (4 to 12 cm). Stretched lengths ranged from nearly 3.0 to 6.7 in. (7.5 to 17 cm), with an average of 4.6 in. (11.7 cm).
The average ratio between the two fingers was 0.97, with a range of 0.88 to 1.12, making the differences hard to make out with the unaided eye. But the lower the digit ratio, the study found, the longer the penis was likely to be.

Testosterone in the womb

The prenatal hormone exposures and genetic processes that link fingers to penises are still unknown, the researchers wrote, though testosterone in the womb seems to play a role. If the findings hold, wrote Skidmore College biologist Denise Brooks McQuade in an editorial accompanying the study, digit ratio could provide an at-a-glance measure for doctors to gauge how much testosterone their patients were exposed to in the womb.
That makes digit-ratio measurement far more than a fancy bar trick, wrote McQuade, who was not involved in the research.
"'Hotness' aside, the value of digit ratio research for the biomedical scientist or clinician may come from the predictive abilities and risk-assessment qualities of the measurement for clinical conditions," she wrote.

Premature Orgasm Affects Women Too, Study Suggests

Premature Orgasm Affects Women Too, Study Suggests

Study Suggests
We can now add "premature orgasm" to the list of female sexual problems, according to a new study.

Men aren't the only ones who might find themselves peaking too early in the sack. According to a new study, a small percentage of women also experience premature orgasm.

The research, a survey of Portuguese women, found that 40 percent occasionally came to orgasm faster than they intended during sex. For about 3 percent of women, the problem was chronic.

"For this group, female premature orgasm is more than bothersome," said study researcher Serafim Carvalho, of the Hospital Magalhães Lemos in Porto, Portugal. "We think it's as serious a distress as it is in men."

Finishing too fast

Traditionally, female sexual dysfunction has not received the same attention as male sexual dysfunction, and early orgasm is no exception. Carvalho and his colleagues came across some ambiguous references in clinical textbooks and occasional anecdotal reports in their clinic of sexual medicine. But while premature ejaculation in men is an official sexual dysfunction listed in the definitive psychiatrist's reference the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health (DSM), there is no such category for an uncontrollably early orgasm in women.

To find out if the experience of early orgasm is one that troubles women, Carvalho and his colleagues sent out a questionnaire to a general sample of Portuguese women ranging in age from 18 to 45. The questionnaire asked about the frequency of premature orgasm, whether the women ever felt a loss of control over the timing of the orgasm, and whether they felt distress over the issue. The women were also asked about their relationship satisfaction.

Just over 60 percent, or 510 women, responded to the mail-in survey. Of those, 40 percent had experienced an orgasm earlier than they'd desired at some point in their lives. Another 14 percent reported more frequent premature orgasms. This 14 percent have "probable" cases that could require clinical attention, Carvalho told LiveScience.
Another 3.3 percent met the criteria for having a dysfunction due to the premature orgasm, Carvalho said. They didn't find any link between premature orgasm and relationship satisfaction.

Distress and frustration

"At one extreme are women who have a complete control over their orgasm," he and his colleagues write in a report to be published in the journal Sexologies. "[At] the other extreme is a group of women who report having a lack of control over the moment of orgasm, which occurs very early during intercourse, leading to personal or couple discomfort."

One woman described her discomfort with her quick orgasms to the researchers as similar to what a man might feel in the case of premature ejaculation.
"I feel the same way men must feel about premature ejaculation and don’t completely see the difference — I finish very quickly, whereas my boyfriend doesn’t get a chance to, and it's really starting to bother me," she said. "Once I orgasm, I find it uncomfortable to continue, the mood changes and he ends up missing out, which I feel bad about."

While premature orgasms may be distressing, inability to orgasm is likely a more widespread problem. A 2010 study of American women found that trouble reaching orgasm is the most common sexual complaint in women, with 54 percent of 18- to 30-year-olds reporting this problem.

The study is preliminary, and more research on a wider group of women is needed to determine the extent of female premature orgasm, Carvalho said. But women who orgasm too quickly shouldn't be shy about talking with a doctor, he said: "In most cases, this is not a serious problem."

Diet and Erection - What's the Connection?

You're probably asking what does diet and having an erection have to do with one another? Hard penises belong to healthy people, a healthy diet produces healthy arteries which produce healthy erections. There is a lot of contradiction in the medical community over what constitutes a healthy diet mainly because medical schools do not teach diet, only prescription medication. The diet I have laid out for you works 100% of the time, its the most optimal diet for healthy arteries on the planet and the best physicians on the planet prescribe it to presidents, leaders of industry and celebrities among the other 1%ers. Its available to you here because I happen to be in that club.

This Diet Has Power

I must begin by stating that diet is powerful medicine and if you are on prescription medication for any ailment your levels will likely need to be changed or even eliminated as your body heals on this powerful diet. Please consult with your physician and monitor yourself carefully.

Want to Know a Secret?

The journey you are about to go on requires mental fortitude, not because the food isn't delicious or that its hard to make or find, its because it flies in the face of what every trainer at every gym, what every health magazine or physician's office or dietician is touting these days. Your worst enemy is everyone around, that's why its important to keep this plan to yourself. If you are questioned about your new diet, healthful glow, weight-loss, vigor and bulge in your pants please answer with care, saying little, just that you're forgot how much you enjoyed a certain food or that you've been having insane cravings for such and such foods. Never tell them what you are doing, they can only get in your way. A dick with its zipper shut doesn't get pinched.
 Let's Talk Science

Turn a Leaky Faucet Into a Raging Fire Hose

This diet cleans out your main vein allowing your body to flood blood in naturally again. Results can often be seen in as little as 48 hours!! Typical restoration takes 1-4 weeks, with severe cases taking upwards of 6 months. All of this is dependent on strict adherence to our plan. Follow the plan, and you'll feel like you're 18 again!

It's ALL About the Flow

The erection is controlled by blood flow to the penis, and if you are experiencing erection issues including impotence, soft erections, or small erections you may be experiencing plaque build-up in your penis. As you can see, the penis is controlled by arteries and their blood flow:
No Flow...Oh No!
Over time as you eat certain foods you can build up plaque in your arteries, which causes a decrease in blood flow to your erection artery, and as a result can cause decreased penis size, weaker erections, and even impotence. This is a very controversial medical understanding based impart on the fact that physicians receive almost no dietary training and dieticians receive training funded by the food groups this diet teaches you to avoid. Go against the flow and realize in the Philippians, for example, its not uncommon for an 85 year old man to start a new family with a young bride. We have FULLY incorporated lessons from the Filipino traditional diet into our plan.
Here you can see what a plaque infested artery would look like if you are looking into one:
